Colombia also has several free-trade zones, the largest of which is Barranquilla, on the Caribbean. Now Medellín is safer and has become a very beautiful city. Venezuela is an affluent country, with much of its wealth being attributed to its oil fields. Plus, I visited several beaches south of the city.
